Who runs this
Claque (claque.live) is pre-launch and run by its maker. For everything on this page — questions, requests, complaints — the contact is the address at the bottom. That inbox is read by a person, not a tool.
What we store
If you join the waitlist we store exactly three things: your email address, the time you joined, and the page you joined from. Nothing else — no name, no IP address, no cookies, no analytics, no trackers.
Why we store it
One purpose: to email you about Claque's launch and your beta invite. We do not sell your email, share it, or use it for anything beyond that.
The legal basis is your consent — you typed your email and pressed the button. You can withdraw it at any time by asking to be removed, and nothing changes for you except that we stop writing.
How long we keep it
Until your invite has done its job or you ask out, whichever comes first. Hard cap either way: three years after you sign up, your entry is deleted without you having to ask.
Where it lives
The waitlist is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in their D1 database. Cloudflare processes it on our behalf and nothing is copied anywhere else.
Your rights
GDPR applies. You can ask what we hold about you (the three fields above), have it corrected, or have it deleted — one email does any of these. If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to your data protection authority; in France that is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
How to get removed
Email us from the address you signed up with and we delete it. That is the whole process: privacy@claque.live
